(d) As previously reported in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Retrophin, Inc. (the “Company”) on May 9, 2019 (the “Original 8-K”), the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Sandra Poole as a director on May 9, 2019, to be effective May 13, 2019. At the time of the filing of the Original 8-K, it had not been determined on what committees Ms. Poole would serve. This amendment to the Original 8-K is being filed to report that on September 12, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Poole to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors and to the Science and Medical Technology Committee of the Board of Directors effective September 12, 2019.
